We recently completed a deck renovation project that involved tearing down the old deck and replacing it with a modern, functional outdoor space. The project included extending the concrete patio. A new frame was built, and waterproofing measures were applied to ensure no rain seeps underneath the deck, protecting the area below. We installed custom rails featuring metal square balusters and added new stairs. Additionally, the space underneath the deck was transformed into a convenient storage area for a lawn mower and other outdoor equipment.
